Not as an aspiration, but as an actual, practiced capacity.

If you’re here, you may already sense that something in that question is worth sitting with. Maybe you have begun to ask yourself a new set of questions - instead of asking: What do I need to do? you are beginning to get more curious. What is actually driving me right now? Where am I coming from when the pressure hits? Why do I feel unsettled, even when things are going well?

These are the questions that sit underneath the most important work I do with leaders.
<div The leaders I worked with were sharp, accomplished, at the top of their fields and yet beneath that, they felt a void…an uncertainty about their own worth that achievement kept at bay and never completely fulfilled.

I noticed something in my own practice too. When I was fully present - genuinely settled within myself - something in the room would shift. My self-regulation created a dynamic that allowed my clients to regulate themselves. From there, conversations became more honest, went deeper, and real self-growth began.

That observation is what eventually inspired my research and development of Radical Presence™.

Radical Presence is the capacity to regulate yourself and widen your awareness. My passion is enabling genuine self-acceptance as the antidote to the insatiable hunger many leaders have - to prove something. It changes how a leader is able to inspire truth, develop trust, and create safe environments for teams to thrive - even in conflict.

Here - I’ll think out loud about Radical Presence™. What I’ve witnessed in leadership rooms over the years - where things broke down and when they flowed, and what I’ve actually seen shift behavior and enable truly inspiring leadership.

If this resonates, I hope you’ll tune in and join the evolution of what it means to be Radically Present.

Warmly,
Kristine

Subscribe now
